Please input your childs full name, the initials that you would like applied and team that they are selected for during the 2021/2022 season.

We will be distributing orders at the Walton & Hersham Arena every Saturday during training (9am – 10am) we only hold a small amount of kit in stock so once you place your order we may have to wait a week or two for it to arrive from the manufacturer, once it arrives with us we let you know via email that it is ready for collection from the Arena on the following Saturday.
